Barring few metropolitan Indian cities, there isn't any infrastructure where one can go and file a complaint regarding cyber crime and top of it, hope it gets resolved. Our system is overwhelmingly under equipped to handle cases like cyber bullying, online fraud etc. I don't think there's any point in making laws, if they don't get implemented.
