Hummus is my favourite.... I always make wrap with hummus and soya chunks😋with salad... ap b jroor try krna

@@smartypants3209 very easy.... just boil some soya chunks then make tadka with jeera, coriander and haldi.. and some water then squeeze krke soya chunks daldo..... and then wrap ke uper hummus lgao soya chunks dalo and salad( carrot,capsicum, onion, spinach and any other like lettuce etc) long cut krke and some salt and also some olives if you like... and wrap it.... it’s quick and easy... One thing is that I always use home made wheat flour wraps.
