Nice recipe..mere father in law ko liver ki problem go gayi h .unka 70%liver damage ho gya h to unko high protein vali chize hi khani h roty chawal doni mana h ....isliye mai unko dal ka chila ragi ka besan ka yhi sb roty k jagh pe deti hu taki unko thoda khana acha lage ...chilli flakes ir tamato ketchup hala k baki sb dal skte h hm unke chile me...ye teeno chile unke liye super healthy bhi h or tasty bhi ..... Cheese aur besan both are heavy to digest. Better take doctor advice first.soups are easy to digest.but prefer veg soup

I blend onions, tomatoes, ginger, g chillies, kothmir and zeera in a blender. I mix besan in n this blend Witt a little bit of water if required. I add a dash of turmeric, hing and salt. I then make cheelas and it’s amazing. At times if available, I also blend some sprouted mung. Tastes divine. Try it - you won’t regret.
