I also do impulsive buying sometimes under stress but never deceived anyone like this... it's all about your values and principles. I recently purchased a craft item from a reputed online shopping platform but I cancelled the order. Still to my surprise, I received the parcel after getting refund, but I informed the customer care about the parcel wrongly sent to me because someone is going to suffer loss due to this. They didn't take back the product though and asked me to keep it as a token of gift. 😊

Actually the delivery boy should ask us to check the product( with exceptions of course)in front of him..it's easier for the customers to return goods immediately too. First of all why order online?? The girl character in the story is a thief. Addiction is not the same as cheating and stealing. She is doing everything at the cost of the others. It could have been better if it was shown that girl faces consequences for her action. Though the video is intended to educate, leaving the story open ended like this might create a wrong notion in the wrong people that they can do such frauds continuously and easily and successfully get away with it most of the times. Sad.
