Have you seen Sanju for Kerala domestic. There are better players than him. He averages 35. Kerala hasn't achieved much under him. Riyan,Patatidar,Gaekwad etc lifted their domestic sides. Even Rohan Kannumal plays better than Sanju. I was so excited for Sanju when he came as 18 year old in England under Dhoni, but he failed again and again. Selectors did ignore him but that's how cricket works in india, he is not special they even ignored Karun,Hanuma, Maavi etc.

But no-play them in one match, then drop them, bring them back after years, and drop them again. Now compare this with players like Gill, Pant, Rohit, or Kohli-how many innings have they gone without scoring, yet the yardstick is different for them. Take Sanju as a perfect example-this ‘play and drop’ pattern fits perfectly. Time will expose this hypocrisy. Ps. Analyze the recent performance of the players by reviewing their average scores from the last 10 to 15 innings. Use this data for a comparison to identify any potential bias.
