Back then in the eighties, I don't think most indian kids even knew of DC or MARVEL, so for us DIAMOND comics was everything though I must add this if anyone remember reading those comics back then there used to be a long list of comics inside the front cover of that character along with that's character's punch or tag line...remember Nagraj was something like "meri naagrashi ban jaye dusamano k liye phanda..."

But actually, we can't disagree with similarities & characteristics of some Indian superheros such as Bhokal (He-man), Tiranga (Captain America), Murda Anthony (Crow), Kobi-bhedia (Tarjan), Doga (Punisher), Parmanu (Atom) etc. They are looking almost exact copy as in powers & look wherever their origin, backstory are differ too.

I am a big fan of Raj comics characters from my childhood. I have read thousands of comics of our favorite heroes. Nagraj, Dhruv, Doga, Parmanu, Tiranga, Shakti, and one of Raj comics' best character as laughter therapy, Bankelal. These are all awesome ideas and creative characters. They have different stories and origins. How they can be copy exactly?

I have been an avid reader of raj comics and marvel/dc comics. Nagraj, dhruva and doga are indeed unique. Kobi/bhediya is also pretty different. Others do look very similar. Though i do believe nagraj's background initially was very similar to clark kent. Though people say doga is similar to punisher but background is very different. Super indian was pretty chilling but he did not have the best story.

You're doing a great job bro. Keep doing. It's a much needed topic. Do make videos on origin of different superheroes of Indian comics universe. And one thing I would like to mention is that somehow I don't think that Tiranga is 80% copy of Captain America. If you'll look at the origins of both these superheroes. They are totally different. The only similarity is that the costume of both superheroes are inspired from the National Flags of their respective countries.

Dhruv is a copy of robin.. In fact, his beginnings are completely similar to that of Robin, and not Batman. Like Robin, he was brought up in Circus & lost his parents at young age....Robin was adopted by Batman, while Dhruv was adopted by Commissioner Rajan... Again, Commissioner Gordon is a central character in Batman, as is Rajan in Dhruv universe. Then, Dhruv rides motorbike just like Robin did. His dress is also colorful like that of Robin. I'd like to highlight a few other similarities: 1. Commissioner Gordon's daughter is Batgirl, and Commissioner Rajan's daughter is "Chandika". Both are expert of computers & electronics. 2. Batman's love interest is Selina Kyle, the Catwoman who is also a criminal, putting Batman in moral dilemma at times. We see appearance of "Black Cat" in Dhruv who possesses Dhruv similar questions. 3. Batman's other love interest is Talia, the dangerous Criminal Ra al gul's daughter. Dhruv love interest is "Natasha", the underworld criminal Grandmaster Robo's daughter. Both are unable to leave shadow of their criminal father & lead the organisation after him. And throw some desi elements & drama mix, you get your perfect character.

In my opinion, (practically) Doga and Bheriya are very good characters for live movies.. but other than that all are either 80 percent copy or not practical for live movie. Shaktimaan's live movies should come. Btw, for this reason Chakra character's live film shouldn't come because then same sort of power's character from same film industry will not look good.. it'll look awful.

Robin and super comander dhruva have very similar back story. But there are rest can be defended. I feel Raj comic have sustained well and offer a very good chance to reboot or re design like how even DC and Marvel does to repair flaws in their older stories. Even u.s. based silver age, golden age comics are ridiculous to read. But there are so many parallel stories and re made arcs which strengthen the plots

Robin is a different character from dhruva. Nagraj has similar story to clark kent and he was also billed as the top hero in raj comics. They were definitely inspired and the writers were a bit lazy creatively then, and took liberty. They probably never thought it would become so big at some stage.

in heroes ko comics se bahar bhi nikalne chaiye agar nagraj , doga in sab oar animated series bani to aga chal kar movies bhi ban jayegi or bohot successful bhi hojayegi jese ki marvel DC ke comics ki koi value thi nhi India me par movies ki bohot value ha India me ves hi

नागराज का origin बहुत बेकार है। राज कॉमिक्स को नागराज character को reboot करना चाहिए और उसकी चड्डी भी पैंट के अंदर दिखानी चाहिए ना की बाहर otherwise character बहुत ही बेहतरीन है थोड़ा सा change उसकी popularity मै बड़ा बदलाव ला सकता है उसे और famous बना सकता है।

राज कॉमिक्स बहुत अच्छी है और इसके सभी चरित्र बहुत अच्छे हैं पर आप थोड़ी कोशिश कीजिए इन सब सुपर हीरो को कॉमिक से बाहर निकालने की......मैं 10 साल से सोच रहा हूं कास यह सुपर हीरो फिल्म में आए सब चरित्रों को जोड़कर एक ही यूनिवर्सल फिल्म बनानी चाहिए
