Guys.. her intention was to transpire the fact that there is a perception that only a certain type of high society english speaking ladies know about botox and hence only they do such treatments but thats not the case. Even non english speaking regular middle class people come for botox which what she experienced doing that job. But but but... Vineeta didn't misunderstood her.. she definitely has a class and caste system defined very strongly in her head.. I mean we all have it but she has it quite strongly.. the condescending tone while saying 'Auntiyan' gave it all away. But i think she can take that feedback and work on it. Nobody's perfect.
