Di aap vegitarian m soya beans kha sakte ho kidney beans khao , mashroom khao milk daily lo protein powder add kr ke lo soya mila aata h use v try kr sakte afar achcha lage to vo lo oats khao or v seeds aaye h protein vale vo lo daily dal khao peanut kha ushko roast kr ke makhana ke sath rakh ko nd 1 hour ke interval pr ushko thora thora khate rho . Mai v ish se suffer ki hu suddenly mera v weight 15 kg kam ho gya tha then maine dhyan diya nd ham yogurt daily khao aaj kal market m protein full v yogurt aane laga h try it . Di ap nonveg se achanak se veg pe shift kar gaye ho isiliye you are losing weight....ap daily sprouts breakfast me lo aur ek Banana shake hoti hai jiski recipe yt pe mil jayegi apko wo breakfast pe lo to dekhna maintain rahega....you will not gain a lot but lose vi nahi hoga....and di I felt so bad for you today jab ap bol rahe the na ki ghar pe akeli hu,you won't believe main to husband ke sath rehti hu still I always felt the same abhi to I have my 4year old daughter with me so ended up being so happy and my whole day is very happening......and ha ap un foro ke liye na medical pe topical department pe ekbaar dikha lo that will help....kyunki bohot acche doctor's hai waha...
