Hi Rohini, Incase your daughter (who is a Canadian citizen) has an e-visa, get an extension or get a new e-visa. In case of an extension, you will have to go to Canadian embassy and get a letter of extension. And coming to your case, you are a PR. You stay in India indefinitely ( until your Pr expires), but will still have to file your taxes in Canada, which you can also do online. Hope this information helps. Enjoy your stay in Bharat. Do tummy time with her and for teething keep some teethers and even some soft napkins in fridge which will soothe her gums. Veda is soo soo cute she is changing which is perfectly normal. As for between here or Canada, you both had worked so hard in Canada so give a chance to Veda live that life; life is tough with no help but try to be a free lancer in the beginning so you can be available incase she gets sick or needs you. start finding a good day care as sometimes they have a long waiting. Again its your decision at the end. Just my suggestion from my experience phir nah bolna kisse neh bataya nahin:) God bless you

10 to 6 ka diet achcha hai I suggested this too my son also sasu mom and you both twinning in yellow looking pretty. I would love that you both shift here but practically I suggest don't give up your pr or citizenship of Canada aisa ho to uncle aunty ko bhi wahan bula lo if possible. You can stay because when I was in may leave in Canada I visited my family in India and I was PR at that time too I stayed there from August till May and when I came back there was no issue only I think when you apply for citizenship there must be some days minimum you have stay in Canada to renew PR card or citizenship I think it’s 1095 days

Also when you renew your PR you should have stayed at least minimum of two years in Canada in the last five years when applying for renewal of PR.

For Veda you will have apply to visa extension in FRRO office. Visa conversion needs to be done to extend stay which would cost around 10k in INR. If you delay visa extension then penalty is huge. Talking from experience
