Agreed. I believe we can’t be racist specifically to yt people, but we can to other poc. I see why some of them said we can’t be racist to any other race due to the way that no matter what race we’re dealing with, black people will ultimately always be treated less than n seen through the lens of the stereotypes thatve been placed on us. I don’t understand why black people think they can be racist just because they’re black. The saying, “is it really racist to be racist towards racist?” Is sooooo backwards. If that was the case then I guess Hispanic and Asian people should be able to be racist freely, because they get shitted on because of their race too. This is not just a black and white world, it’s way more. Us black people need to stop thinking that we’re the only ones who go through racial discrimination. Regarding what that one girl said about black people not having the power structure to be racist: the way I see it, there is systemic racism and individual racism. Systemically, black people face more racism. They face more individual racism as well, but individual racism can exist towards white people. It definitely doesn’t happen as often, but some people act like racism towards white people doesn’t exist at all, and that is something I disagree with. It is possible to be black and be racist (I’m not saying she is racist. Idk her) but the idea that you can’t be racist because you’re black is simply not true. Racism can exist anywhere amongst any person.

Prejudice is racism. And on a global scale black people can still be racist because not every country or culture has oppressed black people like how they have been oppressed in America by white people. This only applies to America because America is a diverse country and you can't really be ethnically "American" unless you are native. In other countries though they might discriminate only because you are an outsider but there is no systematic oppression there. Other people of color are also oppressed within America and dont have power over black people either. Therefore, it is factual that black people can be racist to other races, but not systematically to white people. Racism in its purest form is just an ideology that means that you feel a sense of hatred to a race other than your own, so anybody can be racist.
