Cendol is eating all around Asia especially in Myanmar, Thai, Indonesia, and Singapore. Its kind of street food you can buy easily in those countries. But, its hard to find in western countries. We can make easily cendol dessert at home.

ဝေမျှပေးလို့ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ် Lye water ကိုတော့ 1 and half teaspoons ဘဲထည့်ပါတယ် recipe အများကြီးထဲမှာဒီ recipe ကိုအကြိုက်ဆုံးပါ လွယ်ပြီးစားလို့ပိုကောင်းပါတယ်

I saw you put 4 table spoon of lye water.. it is bitter or any kind of smell ?

Yes one of my friend brought me up about that too. Its a bit bitter. I think it depends on the concentration. So can you please reduce 1or 2 tbsp and try again. Hope it will work. Different brand name of lye water may cause those issues. Thank you.

Lye water is called alkaline water. Should add 4 tsps. Not 4 tbsps
