Very nice list my friends! I've honestly always felt that cheap or blue-collar beer is far more enjoyable than your more expensive craft or imported beers. Then again I'm the type of guy who prefers meat loaf and mashed potatoes with gravy over fillet mignon. Cheers my friends!

I know you commented a year ago but c'mon man, everyone knows anything is better than bud light. Tecate light, for example if you want light beer, is a lot cheaper usually and also just tastes like carbonated water. Bud light tastes like you put your foot in your mouth, I'm not sure how some light beers taste worse than the regular beer but they managed to pull it off.

I used to be able to get Genesee beer locally, but not anymore. PBR is now my go to.

I just started getting Natty Light on the regular now. I use to get the ice a few years back, but I hate the new label. Haha. Genesee Cream Ale was my go to, but the brewery is trying to "rebrand" the beer, so they're apparently switching to 24 packs for the same price. I'm still waiting on an update from my local distributor. Because of this switch, I'm switching to Hamm's, which I've had in the past. Also, FISH ON CAN! The copper lager was awesome, too. Hamm's is an awesome beer. One of the easiest drinking adjuncts I've ever had. Narragansett is just as good. But nothing beats 1960s Schlitz

Ha! Y’all are so right about Busch Copper lager…… WTF were they thinking ditching that one?!?!…… I have a hard time believing it didn’t or wouldn’t have eventually started selling like mad…. was an excellent cheap higher abv beer.

Here in Delaware they only sale beer in a liquor store. It sucks most stores close by 11 pm and on Sunday @ 4.

Hamm's Special Light is great ! Pretty much all my crew drinks. Its 13 and change plus tax for a 30 pack here in Pennsylvania. Great video!

Ha! Ha! The nearest Total Wine is 100 miles away. Most grocery stores sell beer and liquor though. I drank Hamm's years ago when it was brewed in its own Brewery in St. Paul, MN. We would take it on camping trips. Thought it was pretty good. Have not had the Miller brewing version. I will have to try it. PBR was our beer in high school, 18 drinking age at that time, and it was also brewed in its own brewery in Milwaukee. Drank lots of Miller over the years too it was also had its own brewery in Milwaukee. I'm Wisconsin born and raised we had a lot of great breweries in Milwaukee + Harley-Davidson. Currently my go to beer is Leinenkugel's Original. It's been brewed in the same brewery, 90 miles away from me, for over 150 years. They have a great tour. Miller/Coors bought them but have left the Leinenkugel family alone to brew their beers. They have been pretty successful. "If it ain't broke don't fix it."

We camp with hamms all the time. We used total wine because there are more of those than any other liquor store in the U.S

Yeah Yuengling is solid 🍺. It's my go-to everyday beer. I need to try the black and tan going to pick some up tomorrow. Yeah It's pretty cheap but not as cheap as some. I think the price is good though for what you're getting. I picked up an 18 pack of bottles for about $18. I also recently picked up a 24 pack for about $22. I'm in MD. The cheapest I found is $19 for the 24 pack cans aka "the suitcase" Different stores run different prices All the Time of course.

I used to love hamms, but the last few times I bought it there was a bleach-ey smell and taste. I thought maybe it was from the store and tried washing the cans (everyone parties loves the guy washing his beer like a raccoon) but that didn't help. What's weird is that it's brewed by miller in wisconsin on the same equipment that handles MGD, high life, pabst, and OE. No reason the sanitizer should be different.

This is a arguably tough, specific Top 5 to compose, especially when you are using the price of a 30-pack as a parameter when there is no "national MSRP" for a beer. I respect the Total Wine control but a Total Wine near you in Kentucky is most likely 15-25% cheaper than a tri-state area Total Wine. Also - aren't there many cheap drinkable beers that don't come in 30 packs? To TheShyGamer's point - they don't sell beer at gas stations in most states.

The only beer I'm aware that comes in smaller packs is Milwaukees best. And while all the gas stations in Ky sell beer it's generally cheaper to go to a liquor store to get it like total wine. The price difference between most of the beers for total wine is at most 2 bucks between states. The point of the top 5 party beers is to let people know what our top 5 party beers are. Any way it goes, when you do any sort of beer review it's going to be subjective.
