phoebe wearing the same outfit as the other acolytes is okay to me tho, lore wise she's a part of the order which is technically the government in Rinascita, and what she's wearing is their uniform so it would make sense that as a member of that government she'd wear the same thing as them. Also, it's sort of cliche when we see playable characters wear something different from the rest of the group that they belong to, what kuro did for Phoebe feels fresh to me, it makes the world that they belong to feel authentic, and it makes Phoebe's character feel genuine

I have very serious doubts about her using the Golden Fleece material. Given where you farm it it’s more likely for Brant. Carlotta’s mats are found in areas associated with the montelli’s so I’d assume they are tided to either of the fools (Roccia or Brant).
