This specific food is definitely one of my favorites for sure. I also love a soup called Bun Rieu Cua which is a noodle soup that consists of minced crab meat. Having a Vietnamese background is definitely a blessing because I’ve been eating this since I was a kid

You can add green peppercorns for more fragrance, and chopped green onions for presentation. If you have leftover, you can add fried tofu or make it into meat jelly. This dish is very versatile in VN.

i dnt knw if you could read my comment but here is an idea...dont throw away the jackfruit pit, dry it up in sun , also peel it and then jus chop it lengthwise and deep fry it till it gets brown or dark brown it just becomes a great alternative to fries....if u fry it too much it becomes very hard so just make sure to not harden it much...also u can have it as a paste ( add some chili, salt and onion)....trust me it will taste very good..love from india. india nevr goes wrng in food.
