100 thieves should put up a cooking show for Kyedae. She really does her research about the foods she cooks
@kholozondi99042 жыл бұрын
She doesn't have a solo cooking show, but she does have Kyedae and Vinnie with Knives + a special guest every episode - but with food made using Grubhub orders as a base I think it's a good fit for a gaming org since the general 100T demographic is more interested in what they can do with food to make it more fun, rather than making whole dishes from scratch. But also I'd love to see a Kyedae cooking from scratch show too

Actually it doesn't really need to be on a sizzling plate but it helps in making the bottom extra crispy + if you opt to have a raw egg on it, it will help cook it faster after mixing it. But if you really want to have a sizzling plate , you can just use the skillet as the serving plate.

@@allenroygagui1681 what is bs in there?
@allenroygagui16812 жыл бұрын
@@ngcm1000 1st of all, we use sizzling plate bcuz it is meant to cook in charcoal not to make it crispy 2nd we don't put egg on top, that is for the pretenders that thought they cook original sisig 3rd you can not put hot pan on table just for alternative of sizzling plate
@ngcm10002 жыл бұрын
@@allenroygagui1681 lol thats why you should read carefully, First of all, i said if they opt to adding egg, i dont like having egg on my sisig either Secondly, using charcoal only to heat the plate ... that is the BS lol, we usually use charcoal originally bcoz it is the common commodity we used to have but the goal is just to heat the plate anyways. Its not like you put the food on the plate then heat the plate on charcoal so it has a smoky scent but rather we heat the plate first then once it is hot that is when you will add the food on top. Lastly, many restaurants use mini skillets in serving sisig instead of sizzling plates since technically both of em are just cast iron only different shape .. they just use a small wooden padding so the table wont burn... Besides we dont put sizzling plate on the table either , it is normally on top of a wooden padding as well. Talk about BS dude 😎

Well actually the Sisig dish is an “accidental dish” it was supposed to be a barbecued pig ear face and belly. When the first sisig creator accidentally burnt it in the charcoal. So what she did was chopped the parts very small and put calamansi a filipino lime. The modern sisig is made out of deep fried pork belly or sometimes bagnet. Mayonnaise, red onions, green chili peppers, seasoning and calamansi. Taste really good.
