I'm from both Akwamu and Akuapem. But let's speak the truth. The way the Akwamus were treating the Akuapem's was inhumane. My grandmother from my Akuapem side told me the Akwamus will parade young women and shot a gun through their breast.

Good teachings Ɔkyeame, lets not forget that a traditional priest prophesied about this but he was beheded before the prophecy was fulfilled. Lets not forget that we and our ancestors have been fighting this war even before the various families came to settle here but there's another prophecy of redemption, which is happening at the moment so I personally believe all is not lost. When we rise again, the Gods will be justified, but for now we all need to start from fixing our broken families then the stools will be empowered again

1 thing I realised in his speech ( education) on the African gods, in this case ( Ghanaian gods of the Fante land ) he used the prescription / direction of the Israel God - The God of the Israelites gave directions on how His people are to build alters of worship to please Him. So my question is why is he using the prescribed method of the Israelite’s God? It doesn’t make sense It simply means he is not aware of the prescribed method the African gods wanted their alters to be built

Most of our history has eroded because of our culture. When our elders are having conversations, they kick out all the young ones as not fit to be there. Since we do not write down our history how were they expecting the history to move on from one generation to another?

For some reason I think people who ask questions such as this topic have not evolved consciously. It’s really sad at 2024 many of us haven’t found answers to such similar questions. Because many of us haven’t found answers demonstrats why we are still in indirect slavery various areas of our life’s. It shows in our governance - it’s own by foreigners , and foreign financial institutions . Our schools are not designed to provide independence, Our religion has become a foreign religion dominated by Christian and Islamic. Lack of integrity and morals etc. I think we haven’t evolved our behavior from pre colonial era. We still lack integrity and morals. We treat each with lack of respect. Just like in pre colonial era. This what’s going on in the NPP government destruction and looting. See what’s going on in galamsy. We sells our soul to the white man.

You're an african. Find out for yourself. Life started from africa and spread out. The whites are not native to any land so how come they have hose lands now and we are left with migration stories of hate and jealousy. Dont let people tell you.. research please

This tells you how confused we are. We talk about things as if we have facts yet we don’t know what we are saying. Talks like worshipping our ancestors, pouring libations, going back to our way of life. Not that any of this is bad, but the very people who say these things when you ask the how it can be done they can’t explain it sensibly

He just exposed his bias at 18:45, "Yen ni Dekyira entukwa nu". The same Ashante's who were killing local tribes couldn't kill the West Indians because they saw them as fellow Africans, and that's the reason for the defeat? In any case which group sold their fellow Africans into slavery? Where from the phrase "T3ni aboa"?
@albertghunney9078 ай бұрын
That is a big lie!!! 1. The castle wasnt built at where the shrine or the diety of the Fantes' was situated. When the whites came in, the documentrd history on the geographical setup of the Effutu states indicates that, the present day Capecoast look unhabitable. It only had 20 houses. Almost all important elements were kept in the then capital Effutu.

Thank you brother. If he doesn't know anything about Mfantsefo a, he shd just shut up and stop talking hearsay ananse stories. Getting bored with these stupid propaganda against Fantes. Which aborofo is he talking abt in the first place, cuz the Fantes traded for over 400 yrs with whites ( in fact, Asante was not even in existence) and only in the 1800s that the British took over. So which aborofo is he talking abt? What was the relationship between Asante and the Dutch? This guy is only blowing his horns like we know of Asantes. Nothing new. Bla bla bla, all be lie. Those who believe him shd do so. The truth however is only one. Asantes were Slave traders and Basel priest might have not lied anyway. Am out here.
@AphrolysticEvents7 ай бұрын
It is also a lie to say Elmina Castel came under Asante. The truth is the Dutch took over the Elmina castle and because Asante was their main source to get slaves, they provided a place for the Asantes in Elmina, where they could stay, when in Elmina. Asante never took over Elmina castle. This guy shd stay with his spirituality and stop distorting history in favour for his so called wicked Nananom, who fought almost every tribe in Ghana just to get slaves for the dutch and satisfy their egos.

BRO. MY QUESTION IS WHY THEY DIDN'T TAKE ALL GHANAIANS AND NIGERIA AND NOW WE HAVE PAID TOO MUCH MONEY TO SELL OUR SELF FOR THEM AND THEY DON'T WANT AS AND WE ARE DIE ON THE ROAD TO FIND SLAVE MASTERS TAKE AS TO GIVE AS FREEDOM AT LAST
@Kof_Believer8 ай бұрын
It appears Kofi, he could not answer your question. It appears that the human mind is the ultimate on this earth. The priests are supposed to communicate to the chiefs on issues. So how come that the priests could not communicate to our ancestors about the intent of the colonial masters? So the gods have limitations. That is the truth. Everything has limitations.

Why are you referring to Bible? Not Ur bible, Hmm
@agyayaw94733 ай бұрын
point of correction the Bible was never belongs to christianity, and the name Israel is not about the Israel we see today Jacob, the first Black person on earth was called Israel, so every Black person is an ISRAELITE, those who brought the Bible still fight against it, because it belongs to Black people, our four fathers rejected it and worship a god that doesn't speak that's why GOD left us for them to captured our land with their gods, and gods they brought here is powerful than our deaf gods. the Kingdom of GOD is deferent from christianity.note that.
@PhilosophyMeetsPsychology16 күн бұрын
Most of the sacred lands that were given to the whites were given to them in hope the gods will wipe them out and yet the whites prospered in those lands so at the end of the day you must still credit the white men and their "god" because they withstood the local gods
