There are traces of spot welding around the door, but I don't think it's necessary to recreate the recessed areas. The point is, it just needs to be properly spot welded and have a steel plate attached. If you don't have a spot welder, you can just drill the holes and weld semi-automatically. However, it has an amazing repair ability that does not require putty.

@@AhmedAymanM I'm sorry that I'm a Japanese who can't speak English. Even the dents of spot welding were reproduced, so I thought that was unnecessary. It is also important to eliminate unnecessary work. I think all you need is a nice homemade hammer and some repair techniques. I have never seen anyone in Japan with this repair ability.

In Egypt, any non-factory spot welds will prevent this car from passing inspection forever. It sounds stupid and unsafe, but it is what it is. If any panels were to be removed from the original spot welds, the car would be worthless. That's why they go that that extend to fix everything without touching the spot welds.
