It may sound silly but this is Lowry's way of keeping his team accountable. He knows the game, you dont rest on your laurels. He did it for the Raptors too. It fits the heat culture to a tee. It's a team game, a jab or heated argument here and there can really push people to do better

People have to remember that everyone are professionals and you have to look at the Xs and Os. Record doesn’t necessarily matter if you’re playing your best ball come postseason. As a Bucks fan myself I was heavily nervous about playing Miami and they kicked our ass. Guys are finally healthy and they’re playing like the 1 seed they were last year.

I think that's a Miami reporter and they have a good relationship. Chill The heat is fantastic with the press. There are even times when Spoelstra has extremely short press conferences because they want him to have more time to prepare. Google Erik Spoelstra holds the shortest press conference ever.

It's honestly been SO fun to watching Miami these playoffs. I'm normally a Lakers fan, but the Heat have a tangible mentality and distinctive brand of basketball that makes for a sense of identity that teams like mine just don't have in this era of signing superstars on like they're mercenaries. Spo and Pat Riley have done a great job making sure new players fit in and adjust to the pre-existing culture, and that makes it so easy to root for them as a basketball fan. Only a handful of NBA teams you can say that about nowadays.
