Basically Notti a 14 year old gang member part of “OY” (original youngins). One of their members was kicked out due to snitch allegations. So Notti said 41k because 41 took in the “snitch” and then Notti got stabbed to death on a train in his hips. NY don’t allow guns so stabbing is more common than most places. So when he died they made this song and dance.

Notti Osama was a 14 year old boy that was stabbed in his lower torso once while in the subway and unfortunately died while being carried out of the subway. Apparently he ran down on his enemy with a broom stick which caused Notti Osama to be stabbed. Which hints to the reason they are "Punching their hips" as the song suggests. The entire dance is a mockery of the kid's death and the song has numerous references of the kid's death, Like at 6:27 when the men were fake "Stabbing" the guy on the table. Notti Osama the kid that died, Had made numerous diss songs before his death one of them being "41k" which means 41 Killers which is also the people's gang who made this song.
