LOVE your videos! So appreciate your transparency and willingness to share!!! I’ve been watching for a while as I get my first ST Rentals ready for guests. I purchased the Orbi WiFi routers - which are great. However, the Armor Security comes with it is free for 1 year and then has annual subscription fee. I like the added security BUT my personal home router has all the bells & whistles and doesn’t include a subscription l, hence thinking I may switch. Are you also purchasing the Armor Security subscription? I so despise everyone jumping on the subscription model - but again they are running a business 😉

We have an “insta hot” faucet in our rental (and our own home) it’s probably the most complimented amenity that guests compliment us on. Especially tea drinkers. We also added a Toto toilet bidet in our rental and it just gives the rental an extra upgrade that the competition doesn’t have.

They no longer sell the charisma towels in store (that we’ve seen) and instead sell a similar one called Purely Indulgent. But it’s not quite the same quality so we’ve been using some from Amazon. Our sample inventory post with those new ones and we have them at several properties. 😊
