Man you should put your improvisations on iTunes and Spotify, or even make an album full of your best ones! I know everyone here in the comments would love to be listening to these all the time 🤙 you’re killin it btw, but that’s nothing new haha 🔥

I can imagine an orchestra behind this. Seriously, if you made a piano concerto it could end up being the greatest of the modern age. It's all there man :).

The signature sound of Kyle Landry. Elegance and Virtuosity. Perfect reverb ratio with just enough that you can still get awesome staccato. I have loved your work for years, ever since my older sister introduced me to your channel with This Land and your other Disney covers. Spectacular improv Your videos have been truly missed. Welcome back King Kyle 👑

Kyle I've been watching your videos for ... damn... a decade! Somehow... and you're probably the reason I play piano. I agree with what some people here are saying that you should put an album of improvs together. Struggle to see why you haven't got more recognition honestly. P.s. on the offchance that you see this comment, would you ever consider doing a cover of Orphan's Lament by Robbie Basho? It's a very simple but beautiful song. He was a guitarist not a pianist, but there's so much room for improvisation to its melody.

Really like the music around 2min mark - very rich, mournful sound. Also enjoy that theme's predecessor at 1min. And the choice of chords around 30s. The improvisation is very nice overall, start to finish.

It's hard to fit in my mind that this is improvisation It sounds clear to me that this level of complexity would need weeks of practice I guess I just have a LOT to learn
@prohacvice96713 жыл бұрын
I would wager that it's a mix. He's such an experienced pianist and has so much knowledge and muscle memory that he can create a consistent improvisation without it sounding like all out improvisation. When I improvise I do it within my limited parameters and the more you expand your parameters the more consistency you can achieve. That's what I would guess. Improvisation and the extemporaneous in general isn't something you can learn as far as I know.

Amazing improvisation, Kyle! 😌 Love the build-up from 1:25 to the intense transition at 1:55! 😮 Also love the dark ambient light.. matches the music just perfectly!

Love this piece! You bring out the dynamics so well ! And the last part sounds just like a harp playing! I'm jealous how you land your fingers precisely on the notes all the time! Mine are so clumsy I wish I have broader keys!
