Great Review! My mom actually drives an Xpander Gls as her daily driver but it's the Grey one and its been with her for 2 years now with 21k kms and so far we never encountered any issue, the only thing replaced is the Battery.

Automakers should really get rid of the thirsty and hesitant 4-speed transmission. It’s infuriating how much car tech has advanced. There’s cvt and 8,9,10 speed transmissions but some are stuck with this crappy transmission.

Probably all about costs and simplicity to produce

I prefer the regular AT tranmission due to cheaper maintanance cost and 4 speed is enough for city driving and everyday use.

Nice! Thank for the Review Kyle👍💯❤ Next Suzuki Celerio & Mitsubishi Adventure
New Avanza already leaked in Indonesia, will probably be a lot better than Xpander. CVT, disc rear brakes, Toyota Safety Sense are main highlights of the new model.

Hope we get it here too. Seems like the Rush completely replaced it already
@brianroque73463 жыл бұрын
@@KyleLiongCars yeah, but tbh the current Rush is pretty much the same million yr old platform as the outgoing Avanza, so the Rush is basically an Avanza on stilts haha! A new Rush based on the all-new Avanza would be such an upgrade and possibly a game changer in the entry level 7 seat SUV class.
@KyleLiongCars3 жыл бұрын
Doubt much upgrades would be done anytime soon because Toyota knows people would still buy their ancient cars
Quite obviously, this is a car with an engine, transmission, and platform designed in the 20th century while wrapped in metal sheet designed in the 21st fulfilling one single purpose which is mobility and that’s it.

that xpander is a bit old already..wouldve been better if you reviewed from 2022 to update because there's tons of xpander 2019 review already..

@@KyleLiongCars actually if you type xpander 2022 there's only 1 or a handful..and there's a ton of differences both good and bad..hehe i hope u dont get offended by this bro..i gues im just sharing an idea that you couldve compared the 2019 vs 2022 model..because unlike its other competitors..the xpander has also upgrade quite a few details not just the manufacturing dates..you know what i mean..hehe you'd be the first for sure..hehe more power though!
