Those Powertown Remco looking figs would fit right in with the Superstars line. And if I was a kid I would make a league where old and new wrestlers were all in their primes (somehow. AEW On Tv has been showing a lot of DC , So very well Jazwares gets DC in future, but What I thought or got a little worried of is McFarlane Toys gets the AEW License. I would be Very Upset. I am really happy with what Jazwares Has done in the 4 years with AEW.

The NECA situation is wild. I think they should’ve been ahead of this sooner, by now it’s been a month or two and you know that some people who got two probably sold the extra off before now. Meaning even if they wanted to send the extra back to NECA, they simply don’t have it. Then there are the people saying they’ll use a different email to get around NECA’s ineligibility. If they’re using the same kind of shipping software I use for my job, it’d be their name and address that’d be flagged, not their email. Obviously there are workarounds, but yeah…this entire thing is being mishandled pretty badly by people who, if I had to guess, probably don’t even deal with NECA’s day to day operations. I’m interested to see how it all plays out.

Ultimates. You are gonna pay a little bit more than elites but you are gonna get more points of articulations and more accessories for 6-10 bucks more than a regular elite.

Anyone can say what they want about S7, but S7 costumer relations department is amazing. If you have a complaint they make it right immediately. Neca sometimes, will get back to you after a year. And even then neca doesn't make it right. And to my knowledge, S7 doesn't threaten customers after their mistake. Necas threat is empty. Bc we don't need Neca to buy our collection from. We still have scalpers. Scalpers are selling them for under retail. And the vs packs between $85.00-$110.00. I bought Leonardo vs Shredder for $90.00+tax. Of course $90.00 isn't under retail, it's a lot cheaper than what they used to go for. That's only bc the line is dying out. The only ppl around to buy everything are ppl like us.

@@xxminty619xx6 US Law says different. Corporations are responsible for sending you the correct item, and if they send you the wrong thing, it is yours to keep as an unconditional gift. They cannot demand it back, and they definitely cannot charge you for it- that is the entire purpose of these laws because companies were sending old ladies expensive things they didn’t order and threatening them with collections and arrest if they didn’t pay up. Look up the FTC regulations on “unordered merchandise”, NECA isn’t just bad at logistics and customer service, they are breaking the law. The threats are indicative of them knowing that they have no legal recourse for getting the merchandise back, if they had rights in this situation they would assert them. Instead people got a hamfisted threatening email, the sending of which was an actual crime.

I trust on what u are saying but possible the neca employee who decide so send that note possible is fired at this point. A company that has a reputation should assume the mistake, offer costumer a future compensation (like they did) but never ever obliges customers to fix their own mistakes. Honestly I feel bad as neca is just 10 minutes from here and I always wanted to visit them 😂. Luckily I did not buy it or received 2x time because possible they would come to my house to arrest me 😂😂😂

Out of all the licenses, imagine they all stay where they are. The one I think is in question is star wars and honestly I don't care about it anymore. Black series has lost my interest. The only one I think would be neat is a DC legends by hasbro.

Funny..ethics is a business term not to be confused with conscience which would be on the customer end. If NECA wanted to be ethical... they'd answer customer emails, offer refunds for unshipped SDCC items 6 months after placed and fix their own fulfillment mistakes. The customer is under no obligation, legally, to help them correct something that should never happened on such a large scale of incompetence wasn't do rampant in this company. It took 6 months to ship SDCC items after 8 ignored emails also posting some claim on IG that it was a fulfillment technicality. It's more likely they didn't produce enough. NECA are liars showing they lack ethics....this is karma for poor business practices.
