i don't see a reason to panic. 9-8 or 8-9 is still great for pre-season expectations. I continue to say that if at the start of the season the average cards fan were told that at this point the cards would be 6-7 with two easy games coming up (probably 8-7 by the end) they would be estatic. I find it ironic mythic that you're now preaching the message I was telling you all season sir. this team isn't a playoff roster, and it never was this year. the reason fans started thinking playoffs or bust comes from several sources, unfortunately you are one of the sources, at least you were before this video; the fact you kept saying we could win the games vs green bay, Seattle, minasota, etc. while in reality we had no real chance of winning those games. however, the real problem with this attitude comes from 2 main sources, Jonny hypocrit from PHNX az cardinals, & your boy, mike, from the az sports fan. both of these podcasts lead the fans to believe that the season is a bust because we lost 3 games to superior teams; they even started raising questions about K1 since he lost these games. all of that aside mythic i agree with most of what you said, however on the subjuct of our wr's i disagree. MHJ hasn't looked like he belongs in the nfl as of now. he looks lost, uninspired, and lazy. Wilson has easily looked more competent as a wr than mhj, wilson deserves a larger target share as of this moment over mhj. our record is an illusion, earlier in the season we were recieving some serious lucky bounces that allowed us to win games we shouldn't have: SF, LAC, MIA, or beating seriously undermaned teams such as: LAR, CHI, or NYJ. now things are returning towards the mean, & when we aren't the recipents of those fortunate bounces we lose ball games. with all of that said sir, keep up the good work, & stay the course, you are the only pod that i've seen so far who's been reasonable about this situation overall.

Everyone is overreacting like crazy. We are year 2 in a rebuild we are not built for the playoffs, we’re first round exits if we made it. We have a lot of cap space next year and picks to get better. The lions steadily went from 3 wins, to 9, to 12. We’re on that trajectory somewhat. This fan base is flaky and has no idea what it takes time to build something.Despite kyler struggling this game, he’s the franchise qb and we are dogshit without him.

it’s gonna be tuff next year.. 49er will be healthy. Rams too, Seahawks will just get better… also the NFC is stacked.. the whole NFC North is good.. Packers, Lions, Vikings, Bears will probably figure it out.. the Eagles, the Commanders are rising, the Cowboys will figure it out.. it’s going to be hard to make the wildcard next season, we’d have to win 11 games probably to make the playoffs. i think the fan base is so frustrated this year becuz of how our division turned out. it’s like the division title was being given to us early on in the season and we was looking like a brand new team, than all of a sudden we just blow it. With the 49ers injuries.. the rams and seahawks being okay. we actually had a chance to win the division, even tho u can argue we shouldn’t of had been in the picture before the season, but we was. and we blew it. so i get why everyone is frustrated right now.!

As an outsider with no emotional connection to the Cards I've never understood what y'all see in Kyler. He isn't a leader, he's too short, and he's not ever gonna be a super bowl contender. I did have hope that we would win 2 out of the 3 games coming out of the by week, but we are in a rebuild, and our weaknesses got exploited against the Seahawks. I do think Murray has matured and grown as an NFL QB, but he definitely needs to make some better decisions. At the end of the day though, we doubled our win column from the last two years, and we have potential.

people who say that Murray never changes are dead wrong. He went from relying on his legs under kliff, to actually trusting the pocket and stepping into it. Yes, he doesn't run when he should anymore with 15 yrds of open space, but at least hes showing improvements by letting his o line do their job and trying to watch the plays out. Hopefully JG also notices this and tries to train Kyler to trust the pocket, but run if he has a lane. If he can do that, we won most of the games this season. Also its hard for qbs to let routes plays out when the o line keeps folding like it did the last 3 weeks. He needs time and deep threats and we are definitely playoff bound next year.

i was so shocked we came out looking that bad and lost that game on sunday.. the first drive we scored that TD i was like hell yeah here we go we’re locked in. and than BOOM.. constant penalties, the interceptions, and i was like wow.. what is going on. than we started to come back and i got some hope.. defense got stops.. as a cardinals fan, i had a feeling ryland was gonna miss that kick. i wish we went for it on 4th and 2, but if we didn’t get it the game would’ve been over. so yeah i get it, it was the right call. but damn man i don’t remember the last time i was so excited for a game… and they just let me down man. i couldn’t even sleep the whole weekend i was so excited i rly thought we were gonna come out and win.

I would rather get rid of Drew, his play calling has been atrocious. And somebody needs to work with Marvin Harrison Jr to teach him how to get open in the NFL, bring back.
