I sure Jeffree's had a problem or two herself. My own personal opinion I don't like Kylie's or her Sisters' Kim lines. Shooketh I payed for a small set of lipsticks and two normal sizes and honestly they were shit! They didn’t last when applied at all, they lasted half an hour at most and the wands broke (the soft part that applied fell off!) I had saved all that money for no reason and I asked for a refund and got no reply. I ended up buying Jeffrey Star and they have lasted me and haven’t dried out like kylies.

AJ • I spent a lot of my money on some and honestly they were shit, the wands didn’t work properly and some fell out of the actual lids when I first used them (I had to use nail glue to put them back in the lids) I payed for two normal sized ones and a set of 6 mini ones and they dried out so fast, they lasted about half an hour on my lips and my lips got so chapped. I didn’t get a refund after asking and contacting the website (I got them from the real website btw) so I decided to buy Jeffrey star and honestly they were worth the money I got them all over two years ago and they are still beautiful and the wands are amazing and they don’t dry out.

Kylies company has an F on the Better Business Bureau. The makeup wands are defective, the formula sucks, some come with empty bottles, and customer service sucks..you can't get a refund and no one has gotten replacements or even an email back from them.
