The airport is in a weird place between being public but also private property to some degree. I get where you’re coming from but technically no laws were broken by paparazzi going to the airport even if they were tipped off. So long as they don’t go past security checkpoints or disrupt others from being able to get to their gate, I don’t think it problem from a legal standpoint.
