I had the privilege of eating in this restaurant (Central Restaurante in Lima, Peru) - it's ranked as the 5th best restaurant in the world. There are 17 courses, it's a lot of food when it all adds up. The food was amazing and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Just goes to show how out of touch with reality she is, any normal person would be so grateful to be eating there lol

alwayslikethesun finally I found somebody who shares my opinion. I had also eaten there. It was one of the best days of life. I ate many strange things that day, but they were all delicious. Sometimes I was like...i don't know that but I still ate it and it was totally worth it. People are so afraid nowadays to eat food that they don't know, but the truth is that they're missing such a great experience.

That's BS, she was hungry and ended up at a restuarant where they served her uknown dishes that weren't even full meals (otherwise she would have eaten something) while she just wanted something familiar on her plate after she hadn't eaten anythiing proper. Rakchhya Gurung I have eaten it. It's not that bad, people should be more open minded unless you're vegan, then I can understand. The restaurant name is 'central', one of the best restaurants in world, there's a reason for that. I think she should have at least tried it. Anyways, I accept that everybody have different opinions and what someone might consider delicious, the other not. This is just my humble opinion.

It's actually amazingly good. Not as good as the traditional cow heart though which is called Anticucho. It's a plate from my country and the word "Heart" tends to freak those out that are used to eating only traditional American foods like burgers or pot roast... So who the f wants to eat alpaca heart?
