As a fellow American, I agree completely. I would love nothing more than to see her in concert just once. She came into my life when I was 10 years old as I Can't Get You Out Of My Head was released. I was on a family vacation in Cancun and there was a DJ playing by the beachside hotel pool, and the song we all know and love came on, and I had it stuck in my head the rest of the vacation. When we got back to the US, the video was on VH1 Top 20 Countdown, and I had my mom buy me the Fever CD - and I was hooked on Kylie ever since (and eventually listened to her entire discography). And when I was coming out in 2005, I had her song Things Can Only Get Better as the anthem that got me through the difficult time that was the homophobic mid-2000s. And she's been there for me ever since.
