Kylies eighties music sends me back in a time machine to simpler times ahhhhh
@jacobmassey38979 ай бұрын
All her early music sounded exactly the same. All her songs had the same music and just changed the lyrics but her mid 90s stuff sounded a lot better.

It the best Wogan interview! Kylie handled the awkward questions well.

What a great segment. One can see how genuinely warm, happy, and vivacious this wonderful woman is and was! TV in those days couldn't handle live singing so Kylie had to lip sync, but she is one of the few singers that can sing so well while dancing so hard. God I love her. Kylie is so full of love

Kylie has always navigated really well through interviews full of stupid questions and pointless statements from the interviewer.

I loved this, I remember at school in my textiles class loved her top this one she's wearing in the video, that i made a patten and remade it in lace.

I love the idea that her second album and it’s promo was so much more grownup than her first. What would Wogan say about Rhythm of Love era Kylie ‘introduced to sex by Michael Hutchence’

I think her song Too Far is very great and Say Hey is also okay(i mention it because she talks about writing).

This was the first Kylie song I loved. In fact, it was the first time I ever thought that Stock, Aitken and Waterman weren’t like a horrifying locust plague decimating the golden crop that was pop music. It’s a sweet, delightful song. Like the way Wogan said that she “exploded pertly”.

ColinsCity people like Terry Wogan were of a different generation & no real concept of Kylie popularity , possibly even a tad jealous of her . I thought he came across patronising , Kylie dealt with him so maturely & admirably , certainly males me think she was warned of his attitude & how he’d conduct his interview I’ve yet to watch her live & its on my bucket list 🙂
@ColinsCity5 жыл бұрын
Jenna Luvhugs you should definitely watch her live performance of Your Disco Needs You from the iTunes festival, she sings opera in it towards the end, she is very talented and I think he couldn’t understand, it’s funny because his show died off and Kylie got even stronger haha

The aspiration was to continue to both act and sing, but Kylie’s acting CV after The Delinquents didn’t exactly shine. She’s recognised as a peerless pop queen, so it all worked out pretty well in the end :)
