Every day I get so many emails and comments asking why you can’t locate the music I use or find it using Shazam. I purchase music licenses for almost all the music you hear in my videos. I buy them them from various royalty-free production music sites and most of the time they don’t list the performer because it’s music made only for film productions with an audio watermark throughout the entire track, unless you purchase the single-use license for $50-100 per track. I use a lot of opera so often I’ll reference the opera but I won’t be able to direct you to a recording of that specific performance that you could stream or buy on iTunes or Spotify. Hope that clears things up and thank you for appreciating quality music.

You are channeling ancient wisdom in including Giancarlo, rather than banishing him to child's play, a kind of exile from adult space. Modern child-rearing isolates children from adults and then we wonder why they are cranky, uncooperative and often bored. Bravo Kylie.

When he was standing backwards on the sink I was scared for him. It only takes a second and could end up with a head trauma. Just wanted to say something as you are a young mother.

Your journey of renovating a ruin while preserving tomatoes in Italy, along with the slow summer days and ongoing cottage building, is both inspiring and deeply engaging. The way you blend practical restoration work with the charm of Italian life and seasonal rhythms reflects a beautiful balance of hard work and enjoyment. Your dedication to preserving both heritage and local traditions shines through in every aspect of your project. And I am Floating Village Life.

Some of my best memories of being a child, is cooking with my Nana, she would give me a small pan to make my own version of what she was making. All the things she did with us, dressing up, going on walks, story telling, playing games. No toys were ever involved and yet they are some of my best childhood memories. And probably were my Nana's too. 🍅 🌸🌾 x

Gianfranco is getting so big and he’s always so helpful and involved in what you do, so smart! Just fyi, even though we call it canning, it’s just a term for preserving food, usually in glass jars by boiling the jars in a large canning pot you can keep it much longer. Nicki Positano has an older video of her Italian family members canning huge batches of tomato sauce and passata.

Thank you for bringing us along on your canning adventure-I loved it! You are doing a lovely job. I canned for many years while my children were growing up and we had a large garden; now I have just begun to get back into it these past few years and have been enjoying it all over again. 2 bits of advice: you need a pair of canning tongs (they will grip your jars safely so you don't get burned or have broken jars and wasted effort) and you need a funnel (wide mouth) so you can keep your jars a little less messy when dishing into them). I looked them up and tongs are less than $10. canadian dollars, while a set of 2 funnels were $11. You'll wonder how you got along without them!

I don't know if lots of other viewers suggested that you use a wide mouth funnel to pour the sauce into the jars. Saves a lot of time, you don't even have to wipe the rim. Also I would use a red towel under the jars, not white! 😆 lol

Quite a valid point: Tomatoes, being in the "nightshade" family, contain Lectins and Glyco-Alkaloids. These are Anti-Nutrients which can be damaging to the gut, setting up the intestinal biome for Autoimmune conditions. Since most of these substances are found in the Skin & Seeds, such a machine is very desirable !!

Wonderful video… Kylie get yourself a wide mouth funnel so mush easier to pour or ladel to fill jars! Also once jars are filled, secure the top as you did, then immediately turn jar upside down and they seal themselves! A lot less time and effort and gas! It works perfectly every time for all preserves so long as hot and lid is tight! Hope this helps!
