The full episode is finally here! In this episode Nuno takes us back to the beginning, to Hudson Mass. - He shows us where he grew up, ate pizza, and hung out as a kid. He also takes us back to the house he grew up in, which was emotional for him, this is also the house where he wrote 'More Than Words' so at the end he shows me how to play this in the bedroom it was created in.

I grew up in Salem Mass, went to high school with Nunos 1st cousin who’s also a musician, him and Nuno were pretty close, he came by the high school to pick him up a few times and I got to meet him, this was in the early 90,s when Extreme had just broken big, I had just started to play guitar myself and me and Nuno,s cousin would always be talking about playing, he introduced me to him and I was thrilled, he was a down to earth guy and took the time to encourage me to keep practicing and don’t give up, I still play guitar to this day, not as good as Nuno, lol, but it was his words of encouragement that made me stick with it, everytime I hear his music I remember that day when I met him, great guy and of course an amazing musician, thanks for the kind words that day! Nostalgia comes for us all as we age. It's a beautiful thing. Nuno has had every opportunity to allow his ego to get the best of him but he stays grounded in his roots. That's a real man. What a brilliant talent he is, as is the entire band.

Nuno is definitely my guitar hero, not only for his jaw-dropping playing but also for the humanity, the love and the passion that you can feel hearing him talking about guitar, music, family and life. Apart from the very moving scene where he cries (and we do cry too) I really love when he says like "even if Extreme didn't manage to have success and I was still here playing in this garage that would have been alright for me". It would be interesting if you would also make episodes with singers. I play guitar and sing. I remember listening to "More than words" as a teenager and playing it on guitar. I had no idea it would be possible to learn to sing it. 10 years later I discovered voice lessons and learned to sing the song. Amazing. I wish I had known about voice lessons when I was a kid.

Great vid. Been trying to find an N4 in Ontario Canada for years and years ...and years. Bought my 91 N2 new when I was 16 , still have it and love it, if someone offered me 10K for it ...nope. keeping it forever. Wish I could have afforded the n4 beside my n2 at the store at the time. Nuno, if you ever want to sell one, it'll go to a good home forever!! let me know please. I'm in immediately . My son 17 now, plays my n2 all the time (we both live and breathe guitar). I used to live in Hudson, and am very familiar with all the pizza shops, including this one. Marguerita pizza absolutely does exist there, just not at Hudson House. Anybody in Hudson who wants to try a great pizza, I recommend CJ's. My favorite in the area. Or if you step outside of the area, try a "Sal's Pizza" location. Excellent.

More than Words is why I decided to pick up the guitar... at 15 I saw a 14 year old lad play the album version in front of a room full of starry eyed girls. 30 odd years, thousands of hours practice and at least half a dozen cover bands later... I've still not played it all the way through once!!! Got laid though... thanks to a few Pearl Jam numbers and an epic Floyd solo!!! BTW: If you wanna to get laid sooner rather than later... learn to sing!!!
