Just a heads up for anyone wondering: 24:46 *COMMAND SHUTTLE* _You may reveal cards from your Fate deck until you reveal a Hero. _*_PLACE_*_ that Hero in any location in your sector._ The key word here is *"PLACE"* . In the back of the rule book it states that you do not perform the hero's "When Played" effect when you "Place" them. The Command Shuttle's effect is EXTREMELY powerful as it shuts down the hero's abilities. Here's what the rulebook says (page 18): _"Some cards allow you to play a card to your Sector directly from your Villain deck, Fate deck or discard pile as if it were played from your hand. Pay the card's Cost unless otherwise specified. The card's Ability goes into effect (even if it's bad for you). _*_IF YOU ARE TOLD TO PLACE A CARD AND THE CARD HAS AN ABILITY THAT SPECIFIES "WHEN PLAYED," THAT ABILITY DOES NOT TAKE EFFECT._*_ You may still need to pay a Cost for the card."_

Finally got around to playing Kylo this morning...and I got super lucky in drawing his Command Shuttle in my opening hand. It allowed me to "PLACE" heroes from the fate deck which completely negates their "When Played" effects. That beautiful beast of a bat ship saved the heck out of me and made the game go super smoothly. Can't wait to give Kylo a few more runs...I'm positive my next couple of struggles to the dark side wont be so easy! lol

Very glad that you posted these solo runs. I LOVED the Disney Villainous solo (with the custom track...will link the rules in a reply to this). Was on the fence on whether to pick the Star Wars version of the game up, but seems like it plays pretty well solo! ==edit== Picked the game up and am loving it solo!!

I have a question about Mother Gothel. She has a fate card called Aging this card can take an Ally or an Item of 2 cost or less from her realm. If she has the Royal Guard or Royal Rider in her kingdom and the Knife card is in one of them, the enemy villain who used fate and took the Aging card can take the ally and the item that is equipped on it or just the item or just the ally?

If the item like the knife was attached to Royal Guard you can discard the Royal Rider or the guard they will both get discarded.

Hey. So, you played a lot of Solo Villainous. Can I ask, Would you recommend this game IF ONLY BUYING FOR SOLO ? Also, does star wars or marvel offer more challenge and variety for solo? Thanks

I tried your solo variant though I made a small tweak where it's on a 1-5 that you are fated and deceases to 1-4 when on a location with a fate symbol so it's roughly 50/50.
