Another amazing video! Tried my hand at ladder game again, euro, caps, fixed cards, no alliances - WON vs intermediate/master/3 beginners (4 including me!). Did a Kytled on a Russian cap, no one could see the battle but me, so waited for his cap to over extend and went on a full ram dingle on him, he rage quit! Then spent 2 turns bolstering my cap, and saw a player BOT just before me, took the better central cap. At that point it was a wait and see game! Watched for opportunity when folks botted, and declared full war on last human player and then cleaned up the BOTS after he was destroyed!!! I admit I shouted many Kytled Phrases and sayings lol

Yellow did the right thing. He was trying to work with blue to attack you, but blue was passive. If he did not break you you would've ran away with the game. It was frustrating for you, but it doesn't mean he was doing the wrong thing. An alliance with you would've meant guaranteed loss, but a 1v1 with blue meant he stood a chance

True random can be a curse and a blessing. The worst I've seen is a 9v5 with the attacker losing all 9 to the defender losing 1.

At 29:00 I think you needed to hit blue and show yellow you were his ally. All you did that turn was wreck yellow, hard, and in the process get the black bounty (that’s how yellow likely saw it) and then when you had an easy and perfectly reasonable chance to hit blue, did nothing. So yeah, obviously yellow turns on you after that turn.

Also, later on, yellow waited for you to hit blue, and you just didn’t. So he was entirely correct to continue to break you, since you were 1) definitely not going to help him against blue and 2) the strongest player. So it’s a little unfair to call him a moron.

It depends, I think it's tough because kylted would have to follow whatever yellow did because of the turn order.But if yellow hits blue and kylted does nothing then blue could just suicide into yellow.​@TheGreatSpanishBaldwin

@Kylted I'm now ranked #74 (Risk Username: James Ford), right behind a user named, funnily enough, KyltedsChair69, lol. I'm not sure if that's one of your alt accounts or someone who is just a fan of yours, but either way, it's still kinda neat. Had a game tonight that was a thing of beauty. I was in the Europe position. Red was NA, Black was Africa and SA after the Purple and Green players kamikazi'd each other. Yellow was in Aus. The Black player was clearly a beginner, as he cared way too much about territories, and ended up falling behind me in troops, despite often holding more. I just kept taking cards and passing because I didn't have a move that would end in anything other than my death immediately afterward by the Red Player, who had gained quite a bit of a troop lead over me. Anyway, the Yellow player imploded on Black, leaving that player with only a 32 stack left. I took the opportunity to trade on three and ramdingle Red. Red was a few troops ahead of me at that point, but as you know, attacker's advantage tends to have a bigger impact when you're dealing with larger and larger stacks. So, I was able to kill him and then stack in Ukraine on five cards. I signaled to Black to attack Yellow, but he didn't realize the game was over. So, he broke both my bonuses, backstabbing me, even though Yellow held Africa, Aus, and SA. So, I traded, took Aus, and sat there, knowing these noobs would kill each other. Yellow was a bit better than Black, but not by much, as he tried to take and hold Europe and Africa with not enough troops to defend it. Black finally joined in attacking Yellow after I traded a dude trade and broke Yellow's Europe bonus and stacked in there with an 11 stack. After a few turns of this, Yellow eventually completely imploded on Black, giving me the win, because I'd had the foresight to fortify my main stack out to be open on the turn prior. From there, it was as simple as: Kill Yellow, trade, and then kill Black. The reason this game stands out to me is because of the clear advantage in troops Red had over me, but the perfect opportunity came along to use attacker's advantage in my favor and not die for it immediately afterward. If I'd stayed passive after Yellow slammed Black, I would have gotten 4th place most likely, as Red likely would have killed me. My skills are getting better and better. In the past, I might have tried to kill Yellow or Black, even though I wouldn't have gotten a trade out of it, and probably taken 2nd. Not this time though.
