Score - *7/10* Well welcome back to another year of strictly, 6 years of reviews now 😊 For me, it was a great start to the series, it was very simple but polished really well and very neat and compact. Lovely toe heal swivel and kicks and flicks, quite baletic and proper in places. Abit slow for me in places though, very nice turns I may say. Just watch the arms at times they are abit to floppy in places but Kym's kicks and flexibility is great. I thought the acting was good and she really tried to go for a performance so overall, I thought it was very good. Great partnership too

Score: 6 It was a great way to open the series! Kym got the basics of the Jive down! She just needs to work on getting the bounce for her kicks as it makes it look slightly laboured, and I thought the choreography was a bit too slow for a Jive, but that's obviously not her fault. Overall though, a great performance!

I give Kym and Graziano a 6. First out, well done! You have a gorgeous quality of movement, but as we go on you need to work on the arm lines and bounce. But this was an incredible first Jive!

In the Jive we look for sharpness of the kicks, for knee retraction, for very compact steps and uplifting energy. I wanted Kym to be a bit more daring, I felt as though she is holding back a little. Her musicality was excellent, she had control, her arms were absolutely great as well and her knees were working. However, her toes should have been pointed, and her standing leg wasn't straight enough and wasn't strong enough. Overall, I saw a lot of potential, and I did see a true determination to execute the routine correctly technique-wise. For her future Latin dances, I would like her to keep up this precision and this determination but be more daring and work more on refinement. My score: a 6.

Kym understands how to perform, this was a solid first performance. Her weight just needs to be more forward, over her toes and that will give her the spring and retraction she needs to take this to the next level. A few mistakes in there too but it is week 1. 6

I think she suffered from going first, had she performed further down the line up she would have gotten much better scores because some of the marks from the other dances were all over the place. A 4 for this from Craig is just ridiculous when you look at some of the 6s he handed out yesterday. A very accomplished performance from Kym, she’s got great rhythm but she was a little hesitant and stiff at times. She needs to relax and feel the music more - she clearly has it in her, she just needs to believe in herself. Will be rooting for her!

Score: *5* While I felt that this might be the road for Graz to make it past week six. I did feel underwhelemed throughout the rountine. I did like the concept but I wanted more WOW and it just felt basic. The content and the execution was good, loved her retraction of kicks towards the end. She does need to a bit forwards in the upper body but overall it was an OK performance. I do want more from them in the upcoming weeks.

A good start for week one! A joyful couple. Was quite slow, and needed a bit more energy for me. I feel it started well and then lost a bit of that wow wow wow in the middle and then picked it up again. But a good start for week one! She's gonna do well im sure!

Strictly Come Dancing Is Back. Two things before getting to the dancing. 1. Sad that Oti Mabuse and Aljaz Skorjanec are not part of strictly, I'm sure they will be sorely missed from the show. 2. The judges are now acting fake thanks to the people whispering in their ears. Right let's get on with the dancing. First up and on Kym Mash and Graziano Di Prima I think it's unfair for Kym to be given the jive this early plus slowing down a dance so your Celeb can keep up, yes Graziano is not the first Pro to have done this but slowing down A JIVE also side note NEVER put a first time dancing celeb on a pedestal it will make them look awkward and expose their lack of dance ability. The problem for Kym Mash is that she needs to stay out of the middle zone with so many celebs it's easy to get trapped in the middle but with practice I'm sure Kym Mash can go far.
