yeah, he reminded me of my sempai, he will kick to the head but lightly, but if you increase your intensity, he will too, like his kicks to your legs and the punches. The female sempai was different though, she never took it easy, all her kicks and punches are almost 100% intensity.

My guess is this white belt is a colored belt holder in some other Karate (such as shotokan) but he is a white belt in Kyokushin Karate. The black belt dude, his form and technique looks really good. I guess that is how Kyokushin Karate should look. Form is also very important to deliver the proper technique.

If kyokushin fights in the street we just go full blast face punches, grab knee and elbows and if necessary heavy kicks. We can go full blast for a full minute without getting tired and we are strong. Also if you are a kyokushin fighter like me you probably trained kickboxing for few months/years so blocks and headmovements come natural. Kyokushin isnt the best martial art ever for sure, but when you get to a high level and you do tournements you can fight against other martial arts, and street fight isnt a problem at all ! We are full contact fighters after all

@@gigenisgigenis the same for the white belt, its all between the ears, the taller fighter will in kyokushin always have 95% dominant fight over a shorter fighter, just as in this case. And the other 5% wins in a fight no matter how tall they are, those are the specialists in kyokushinkai fighting. And having a black belt gives you that extra motivation from not to loose to a white belt. Its all between the ears, friend. Been there done that. Osu!

@@ILoveMyself000 Karate rulesets really does like to bias longer, taller fighters though I just realized. No clinching and hand strikes to the face in Kyokushin means that a shorter man has less options when it comes to knocking out a taller opponent quickly, and the taller opponent has an easier time reaching the head with strong kicks. In Shotokan, it's more so that the point based rulesets and stance generally bias longer fighters by default of their reach advantage and not having the need to generate as much power whilst also having the superior leverages.
