Where have you get those set of tires?

Cool! I got the tires and wheels from Aliexpress, they took a couple months to get here but they were affordable and I really like the wide offset. Thanks for watching.

I was happy to see that also. I wish more companies would use parts like that for longer. I’m sure there is more. Thanks for watching 👍

Thanks dude. I'm still waiting to be able to collect mine, I'm in UK on medical lockdown. I'll keep a watch on the things you've mentioned. Nice one! 👍

Hope we can all get out soon. Being indoors all day is tough on all Hobbyist. Thanks for following my vids!

my Foxx that I got back in the 2018 is sightly different than yours. Its more of a solid axle with long supports that go around the axle where the new one is 4 link. Also the side panels have more openings. The one I have has the screwiest steering linkage you have ever seen, length of body service toward rear. I purchased the HR aluminum arms and servo mount to change up those pieces.

Correct, this is the v2 of it. I’m not sure which is better because I’ve only owned this one. So far I’ve only bent the shock supports on the rear.

@@edrc1793 ED! Where are you? Did you stop doing RC vids? what area are you in? I don't like the way the shocks are mounted front or rear. Parts are hard to come by for this thing. I wanted the chain guard and front bumper from Kyosho but no one has them.

Any new videos? Have you been able to climb with jt?
@edrc17934 жыл бұрын
I have not ran it much lately. I'm going to get a set of the beefier axle housings that were recently updated for it. I got tired of breaking the front axle housing and it's been sitting. Also the 3 speed seems to be a bit of a weakspot, but at least its easy to access. I do miss running it, I'll have it out soon again.

@@edrc1793 i see, thanks for the update! Happy new years! Hope to see it on video soon! I've got to wait until February to order one. Im on backorder lol! Maybe ill go ahead and order upgrades in the meantime ahead of time.. what kinda parts did you order?
@edrc17934 жыл бұрын
@@thomasmiswaggon4847 , I’ve gone through a couple sets of the axle housings it’s the hollow plastics that go over the diff and dogbones. And I’ve had issue with the shifts not catching on both 2nd and 3rd. There’s a little border inside the gear and it starts to wear smooth from the shift pawl smacking it, and it gets to the point that it just rounds out and doesn’t catch. I’ve replaced one set of gears. If you glue the steering collar pulley thingamagig to the front axle housing then you may need a new one of those when you have to replace the axle housing (depends how good of a glue job you do 😅). Motor runs excellent though 👌. Was tight to break in but preheat will be your friend.

That body is sexy as hell! Are those ZD Pirates 2 wheels and tires?
@edrc17934 жыл бұрын
This body really grew on me. Im a monster truck guy and it was hard to get this over the mad Crusher body but I have so many trucks already that I decided to try this and I don’t regret it one bit. I’m pretty sure they are the zd pirates wheels/tires, I got them from AliExpress, took like 3 months to get here 😂
