They are awesome. Attach them to a remote that has a button for 3rd channel or plug into the same and its simplified to quick or long presses to change . And i dont remember but they also have a nother whole firing order if you hook tgem up to i wanna say channel 5 or 6 you get air plane modes like slow pulsing and the quick blip of the lights like you see on commercial aircraft. Very worth it . Well priced

Yeh been very impressed with them, from what I can tell from the instructions you have to press the button on the switch to change to aircraft mode :)

I have a Sanwa MT-5 radio, and for the life of me I cant get the aux channel to operate the lights, any thoughts?

For the light kit I have you need the switch to go off/on/off when you press the button but some require the channel to go off/on you really need to know what the kit needs to make it work, also some light kits have the switch built in but if you only have LEDs then you can't just plug them into the receiver you need a switch in-between the receiver and the leds

You will need it set and a 2 way switch and then turn it on them off straight away to change modes
