After a loooonnnggg time creeping around eBay, I finally picked up a Kyosho Raider! Hopefully it was a good purchase!
I blame the urge to buy one of these on Craig ‪@theoagrc‬ and Addam ‪@AddamsPlayground‬ 🤣

Hey Jeremy, amazing stuff and you are welcome!! Hornet tyres fit fine and do the job. A battery fits tight but get yourself some velcro straps to wrap round each side to hold it in place. They tend to slide out if they are not retained. I will do a Raider tour video if it helps when I am home

It's no good to complain about the price. You paid what you paid because you wanted it. To some people it's a waste of money and to you and me it's a treasure you wish you had when you were a child. Nice RC. Looking forward to seeing it run.

Looks to be in great shape and you will not be disappointed with it's performance! One of those secret vintage cars everyone should own. I blame the OAG as well for my purchase (thanks bud...haha).

Great haul Jeremy. Just one thing I never understood. Those quick chargers always hat the cigarrette lighter plugs or were putted direct to the car battery. Why? As kids we had no cars...😮 Crazy times back then😂

@@HaydadRC I need to clean the parts, they been well used and sat for many years... Can even drop them off to you... Keep the radio as I have a few old Futaba radios (AM & FM) that just sit around but I still like them.

It would have been nice to have gotten into the hobby in my youth, seems like I missed out. Updated electronics I hear you on that one.I think it was a fair price.

O boy don't use the condor battery those things were noted for superior power causing RC tires to go bald very quickly and gears to shred! LOL!! Cool buggy... I am looking just wondering that mud caked in the front tires ware could it have came from and how far to a different spot on the earth it could be now? I know I am weird! LOL!! Can't wait to see it go!

Battery mounts with 2 zip ties stock, I think we can draw and print a new bumper I just picked up a roll of back abs plastic too
