For some reason my original comment was deleted but over the last 4 years on the upside app I have used it at bp, Exxon, shell, etc across multiple states to earn cash back based on the map and discount available at the time. I compared the multiple discount options and chose the one that worked best for both fuel price and cash back. I do definitely recommend it as much as Josh did in the video. If this or my previous comment is inappropriate in any way then I respect the decision of whoever is moderating the comments for deleting them.

We all lived in BELIZE for five years as self supported missionaries. It was myself, my husband, our married daughter and her husband, our 11 yr old son and 19 yr old daughter. It was an adventure and we sure have stories to tell. Two of our grandchildren were even born there. We left when my husband was diagnosed with stage four cancer! We went to Texas ( formly from Long Island, NY) so he could receive treatments. We settled in TX after he passed away. Bring marbles for the kids in Honduras The kids in Belize couldn't get enough of them! I will be praying for your trip!!

I can't imagine walking into my back yard and being assaulted with that noise from the neighbor's dogs. Those barking dogs will be a detriment to anyone interested in renting/buying the house---definitely need a privacy fence.

I'm not saying anything bad. Those people probably own their home. Fogs appear to be taken care of. I could see renters being upset or mean to them if they get on their nerves. As a home buyer they would automatically try talking them down for cost of new fence to be installed. I look at resolutions for foreseeable problems.

Yea, barking dogs are a no-go for a lot of people. Who wants to hear that every time you go out in your yard? There's one across the street that barks every time I go out to my car and just that drives me nuts. Thankfully, there is a barking dog ordinance in Phoenix so at least we have that going for us 😉

You can even buy opaque fabric-like covering especially made for fences to block the dogs' view. I'm wondering if they might still bark just from the noise of someone in your yard, though. You really need to do something before putting the house up for sale or rent. Few people would tolerate themselves or their children constantly being barked at like that when using their own backyard -- UGH.

Hey Josh, one tip I have regarding your flooring. We put flooring the lvp, under all our sinks in the vanity. Looks way cleaner is waterproof and is WAY easier to clean. We just tacked it in place.

Be sure to try different chargers because sometimes the charger is no good or doesn't work for that type. It's a good possibility. I always check because I've found some things worked but the initial charger I used was no good or didn't work for that item

Your future renters will Not be o.k. with the constant barking.. maybe look into a dog silencer pro to hook up at property before they rent. No harm to dogs, just a silencer for neighborhood peace and quiet which by law is a thing so I'd encourage u to be proactive at implementing a remedy. ✌️
