From what I've seen, the RP administration will no longer be allow single schools over any more: it's going to be a compilation of groups of high schools joining together to form one band, like they've done for the past two years. The list a bunch of bullshit reasons, but I believe that they were NOT enamored of the press that KT got after the 2018 parade: every article listed Tachibana as one of the the top 5 best acts of the parade, and often got more press than the parade itself. Seems like the Rose Parade Administration doesn't like performers showing up the parade. Which would not surprise me for a bunch of whiny California Liberals. ..Joe
