Love this video! When Kyra was talking about not fully experiencing exciting moments in life, it could be dissociation. Sometimes when emotions are too much our brains shut down, which can leave you feeling numb and disconnected. Dissociation is on a spectrum and can vary in severity, but most people will experience it at some point in their lives. So don't worry nothing is wrong with you, it's a normal human experience!x
