I did the exact same thing when I was 3 years old. It was the late 60s and I was at the bank with my mom, when she wasn't looking I got behind the counter and spotted a button which was the silent alarm. Being a curious 3 year old I pushed it to see what happened and the doors locked and cops showed up, my mom told them I pushed it to everyone's relief.

I wonder if he had to pay a heavy fine for that false alarm. Because I used to work in a warehouse that handled drugs and medical supplies and we had those panic buttons all over the place. I can remember one time a button got pressed by accident and almost immediately all these police cars and helicopters were swarming the place and we were fined . I think the foreman told me it was $50,000.00 .

I was working as a bartender back in the day, I had been there for several months and one day it was slow and I was cleaning around under the bar and I pushed the panic button that I had no idea even existed. 5minutes later two cops come in the door looking around not a soul in the place except me and I play dumb of course. The manager confronted me because false alarm call cost money. And I grudingly admitted that maybe I had pushed it accidentally.
