Rubber Tires? On all of them? Man, I'm a sucker for rubber tires. That definitely buts this high on the buy list. I played the hell out of the American version of this when it came out. Truly beautiful toy. Thanks for making these. Love the write ups in the description. Keep on reviewing my man!

Solarzord or Linerboy in GoGo V was the Robot Buddy. He had his own AI and really didn't have a pilot.

Good review I bought the Lightspeed Rescue version it is accurately close to the Sentai version. 1996 was when Bandai of America stopped adding the lighting bolts to the Power Ranger Megazords almost making them accurately closer to their Sentai counterparts. Even if the paint was sometimes missing other wise it was the same in design and size due to the same molds being used.

To be fair, man, watching older shows is hard, especially when you don't speak the language, but just tracking down anything that isn't the latest series out is hard enough. And I'm 27, so I'm not exactly a newbie to all this. God knows I'd love to watch the older shows if I had time, and I could track down working subs of them.

My favorite part is the rear bumber of Red Ladde,r which later becomes the robo's "buckle", then steam comes out. A manly-type of manner for a Sentai Robo. BTW, what

Dude, I love the Gogo-V Mecha! I have 3/4 of the american adaptations... sadly, I'm missing this one. Only need this, and Isis megazord/GaoIcirus and I'll have compete sets.

I see. It's hilarious, though. V-Walker doing its thing while Red Ladder broke into a building...yeah, I believe they used the footage for Lightspeed Rescue. I'm not big on the Red mecha, but Go Go Five's Red Ladder, Dekaranger's Patstriker, and Go-Onger's Speedor are definitely favorites of mine. (And so is Red Vehicle from Carranger just because it's the most badass looking car-type since Turboranger!!)

Another difference from the Victoryrobo and the Lightspeed Megazords is a rahter baffling one: the "gold" plastic for the Braver Sword, Green Hover's guns, and Blue Thrower's water cannons is YELLOW. Eh? Holy camera switch, Batman!! How did Red Ladder go from having the ladder arms extended (5:29) to being back to normal for no apparent reason (5:31)!? Now that's comedy. Awesome vid, as always!!!

It's clear how much you care about tokusatsu. You don't just do half assed show off vids. You recreate the transforming sequence with the toy. Your videos are always fun and definitely appreciated. Keep up the good work. And as a side note, I like earth based tech focused Sentai like this. It's more...approachable than magic or galactic forces.

There is an empty hole inside the nose of Green Hover (or, as Americans like me call it, Aero Rescue 3). What is that for? Locking it in place for Victory Robo? Or an accesory?

Go-Onger came off as notoriously cheap to me. It seemed like they were cutting corners at every turn. In that respect, Shinkenger gets a bigger ups from me, in that at least the battles are at least a bit more interesting.

Hello, would you consider sending me the picture you took of the sticker sheet of the Victory Robo. I have a lightspeed megazord with no stickers and i'm thinking i can just size up the picture, print it out, and stick them on. I would greatly appreciate it. thank you

Great review as always. And man, agreed on THRF. The directing was positively...boring. Like there was no energy behind it. At all. I'll say this much, Rescue Fire seems to be making up for that. If it can keep up the energy the first two episodes have shown, I'm all for it. I'll take any opportunity to see more Hiroshi Fujioka (even the RF movie, ugh) and hey, a JAM Project theme song. Sure, Hironobu Kageyama's done plenty, but I don't remember him doing any tokusatsu themes lately.

I know I do. You're a fresh opinion, but perhaps you could turn down the snark a bit? Just because you're an old-school fan, doesn't mean you have to embrace the stereotypes. Sorry, but 'Blowkengers' just seemed unnecessary. I know, it's a joke, but it didn't come off very well to me. Don't kill me!
