In October, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the Kyzylorda region on a working visit. The President got acquainted with the work of a number of production facilities in the region. In particular, he visited the glass factory, opened on the 30th anniversary of independence, the Assol salt production plant and the concrete production plant. He met with residents of the village of Nad Ilyasov, famous for its rice growing, and got acquainted with the life of the village, which is considered one of the most advanced settlements in Kazakhstan. He also made a special visit to the “Dedication to the Mother” center, opened for the 85th anniversary of the region.
The documentary film, developed by the Television and Radio Complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shows the socio-economic achievements of the Kyzylorda region in recent years, regionally significant projects implemented on behalf of the Head of State.
Kyzylorda is a city and the administrative center of the region (region) of the same name in Kazakhstan. The city and region of Kyzylorda are known for the following features:
