I think its nice cuz as a dark skin girl who just started wearing make up like a year ago I cant tell you how many bottles of foundation I have laying around because they are not the right shade and its such a waste so I think I might get the blue one. (It really sucks that theres nothing to darken it though)

Thank you for doing this video! It's ridiculous how hard it is to find a true neutral, just brown, foundation. Finding a truly just brown, not red-brown, orange-brown, yellow-brown, green-brown, just brown, foundation is like finding a unicorn (rode by a leprechaun) at the end of a rainbow!

These mixers are EVERYTHING!!! Im neutral so whenever a foundation is too warm or maybe even orange, that blue mixer really has come in clutch to turn it more neutral!

@@cjn3502 yes! All of my foundations can use a little tweaking. Some need for warmth and others are roo orange and need more coolness. I used to walk around looking like a 🎃 before this.

I feel like if you had added the yellow, you wouldn't have had to add as much of the blue since that particular foundation was so red on you. Neutral undertones are supposed to have an equal amount of red and yellow balancing each other out. So it would have balanced out the red to add a bit of yellow. What do you think? Isn't that how color theory works??? Help your internet Auntie!!💚

I think it definitely worked! And they might be good when you're transitioning from your winter to summer shades. I get more red as I tan so to be able to fix that with a foundation I already own would be cool.

The DIOR foundation is ridiculously stunning but if you have oily skin, you will look like an oil slick by the end of the day! The blue worked wonderfully! Hope these release into the beauty supply store 😊 loving your makeup looks lately!!!

I might be wrong but I think ELF and Nyx both make color adjusters? Maybe they have darkeners if that's something you'd be interested in trying out I'd be interested in seeing other color adjusting products from other brands! Anyway that def. helped that foundation go from blood red to wearable skin tone so A+, I'll have to try the yellow one.

Yes ELF has a bunch of undertone adjusters and well as some foundation shade adjusters....same as NYX. E.L.F. adjusters a $4 a pop....so the quality of them on top of the price point makes those a winner. I do have the NYX olive adjuster as well even though it's $10 and I think I plan to pick up the Blue adjuster from LA Girl soon.

Jesse the Smartass Two weeks late, but it doesn’t work for me at all. It is a weird red-orange instead of the yellow-green I was hoping for. I do use the LA Girl green and yellow concealer/correctors to adjust foundations from orange to something more olive. Going to try this new blue mixer too.

After I given away or taken back many wrong undertone Foundation someone would come out with these. But Sis, it did take out a hell of a lot of red in your foundation it look great.

I love how you read out the pamphlet and tell us the price at the end! We can't be too informed can we♥️♥️ It'd be great if you could - show the pigment on the plate very up close - make two piles of pigment: one blue+foundation, another just foundation - comment on the consistency (is the pigment changing how the foundation performs?) and maybe mention if the mixer is silicone/water/oil based

There's a brand called face atalier who makes mixing pigments. They have a shade to make your foundation darker too but they're way more expensive. I love to see a video on that.

FYI E.L.F. Cosmetics has some undertone adjusters & foundation shade adjusters too and those are $4 a pop vs 10 like LA Girl (and NYX).

It does look very nice! If you texlst these drops with more foundations can you do an update. Just an overall update letting us know if it changes formula, does it make you more or less oily, any breakouts etc. Because I could use a product like this for some of my favorite foundations but I would be scared to lose the matte formula and stuff. You might have had to use less product by using both blue and yellow since green is the opposite of red. I quarter pump of each might have done the trick. This is just me guessing though. The blue did ultimately work.

In all the reviews no one else pointed out the fact that there wasn't a colour to darken your existing shades. Kudos for that Would have liked if the forehead and chin were left bare to better compare the results of each side of your face (i.e applying foundation to cheeks only)

I have a foundation that is just a little too yellow, should I put some of the blue Corrector in it? It definitely worked for your foundation and that lip look so good on you. You can rock some dark color lips it’s Beautiful on you

Blue will cool the foundation out so probably!

E.L.F. has a golden undertone adjuster, a warmth undertone adjuster, a bronze foundation shade adjuster, a deepen foundation shade adjuster and a few others. They don't have a blue like LA Girl does or an Olive like NYX though. I think the blue from LA Girl would give you what you need.

Maybe color theory for hair is different but green cancels out red not blue... blue cancels out orange Unless foundations have orange in them and that’s what makes them look red?

Too bad they didn’t come out with a purple adjuster (or at least a red to mix with the blue) and a darkener. I’d definitely try them then, the price is pretty decent and it looks like it didn’t mess up the consistency of your foundation.
