I should have listened before I went outside earlier to "breathe"..because the air outside is humid sooo when I put this on a while ago..I could not do the beginning breaths too well...but I kept breathing just the same..I love this and have to have to have to listen again in a while because towards the end of the recording..let me tell you not only did I really really feel the difference, my visualisation really kicked in! I was like..ooh nooo it is over just when my brain kicked in hard..also, the wonderful view of colors and non descriptive shapes forming on the inside of my eyelids..like an eye screen if you will..going at the same time with the music and words and etc...just wow..wish it was somewhat longer...doing this again in about an hour!!.thank you!

Can't make someone who don't feel like talking to you talk 🤷🏾‍♂️. I'm trying to focus but I keep thinking about someone.. Yes I'm in "control" of my choices, but that doesn't mean they would choose what I choose 😊.. I have to accept this in order for my prayers and meditation to be open and focus... I do believe you can manifest whatever you want,just not when it comes to the choices of others. The best thing I can do is let it go so I'm free.. so I open up to creation and new possibility.. As of now all I want to do is focus on healing, self love, self control, peace and patience.
