These are great! Do you say them every day!? Sometimes we know exactly what to do to transform our lives, however, it’s very strange but we don’t always follow through! This is because deep down in our subconscious minds, we need to feel more worthy! In fact this affirmation alone, is very powerful because it obliterates Procrastination and when we truly feel worthy, we naturally manifest our hearts desires without effort! Sometimes I am inspired to leave a reply like that, but most often it’s not for the person who wrote the comment, like in this case. When I get an impulse from within, (go within or go without)!!! it could potentially be a digestive issue. oftentimes gut issues cause palpitations. i get it a lot, sometimes very severe and i spent 12 years worried i had heart issues. i struggled getting help from drs. eventually i found a cardiologist who explained gut issues cause palpitations and so i kept a record of when i had palpitations and sure enough, every single time my gut went crazy, so did my heart.
