L'Artista - animated short (Cinema 4D R23 Release Film)

This is the animated short film I recently worked on to promote Maxons Cinema 4D new face rigging tools. www.maxon.net/de/ The way it works is by placing some markers on the CG characters face. Then the controls, you will be animating later, are generated automatically by the software for you.
Idea, direction and animation by Can Erduman. Additional animation was done by Sebastiao Lopez and me. I worked on most of the shots at the end of the film.

absolutely amazing! May I ask if you used any sorts of plug-ins? Also, how many fps did you export this at? It takes AGES for my computer to render 300 frames at 25fps, so essentially 12 seconds =)))))) thanks for sharing this wonderful work!

Yes we only used Cinema 4D, Redshift, Substance Painter and zbrush. :)
