Dans cet épisode captivant de notre podcast, j'ai eu le privilège de discuter avec deux étudiants talentueux de l'EIGSI Casablanca, une école d'ingénierie française renommée avec un campus à Casablanca. Nous avons abordé plusieurs sujets importants pour les futurs ingénieurs :

I think it will be more interesting to do a podcast with engineers +10 years experienced in the Moroccan industry

Au contraire, ce sont les étudiants d'aujourd'hui qui feront l'avenir de demain. Leurs idées fraîches et leur perspective innovante sont essentielles pour façonner le monde de demain. C'est pourquoi il est si précieux d'entendre leurs points de vue et leurs aspirations dans des podcasts comme celui-ci.

في رأيي المتواضع، المغرب يراهن على تغلغل بني جلدتنا في الهيكل الإقتصادي الغربي، و هذا أمر يحصل بالفعل (مهما حاولو احتكار المناصب المؤثرة في أيدي فرنسيين أقحاح أو غربيين). أتمنى أن يصل أبناء بلدي الى شركات ك " طاليس "، " لوكهيد مارتن"، "داسولت".... ثم بعد ذلك أتمنى أن نسترجع منهم بعض المهندسين حسب الحاجة (المشكل عند استرجاعهم يكونون دائنين بالولاء إيديولوجيا للغرب... و هذا مكمن الخلل في الخطة). أتمنى الأفضل للأجيال القادمة. مادام فينا نفس فهناك أمل. ✌🏻

In fact we create an evicting environment for engineers by facilitating to them going abroad. I worked in a big firm of Electronics industry here in Morocco, i ensure you we have very clever problem solver engineers we are very flexible, working hard (because life is hard), but the budget is not in our hand to try by ourselves new things. I think we are under a french industrial occupation that prevent the country from attracting other concurrents big Multinational companies. Also the capital holders are cowards and do not believe in Moroccan talents. I can add that we need to get rid of francofaune engineering teachers that do not perform peer reviewed researchs worldwide recognised. I wish Moroccans will believe in theirselves, once we do it we can retake our pride and dignity instead of blinking eyes when massacres are committed infront of our eyes. And just to close the topic i got many opportunities to go abroad (and may go one day) but i stayed for familial reasons. One last thing, the topic is very important and was approached in a smart way. We may not agree 100%, but at least 85% for sure. So go ahead and keep up the good work.
