Inspiraba miedo y era uno de los pocos malos realistas que se pueden ver en cine o televisión. Quiero decir, no es el típico malo malísimo porque sí. Es el malo porque tiene objetivos contrarios al protagonista, pero en realidad no es peor que él. Lo hace todo por su tío, por su familia, y tiene también sus valores y sus ideales.

He took inspiration from Ben Affleck and Matt Damon about how they created good will hunting. “If a good part doesn’t come to you, create it yourself”. 2:34 - they talk about a catch phrase “Tragos Coquetos” which means “Flirty Drinks” which is a phrase from his movie “Matando Cabos” 3:20 - Interviewer asks what is his favorite role. He says Lalo is super friendly compared to his previous big role “Señor Avila” which is a silent and low profile killer. 5:28 - he talks about how he hates premieres, everyone says the movie or show was amazing and you did great, but turns out it was shit and you did a shit job, he says he prefers to distance himself and enjoy some time off. He went on a motorcycle trip in Southeast Asia. 6:42 - he pumps himself listening to Lose Yourself, the phrase “You have one shot, one opportunity”. He will try and do his best and move forward. 7:30 - He says he is open to continue working in Mexico or in the US in whatever he finds interesting. That challenges himself. He doesn’t like to be limited to one role just because he did a good job at a given role, like always being cast as a villain. 9:15 - he says the director of Hawkeye, Rhys, got the most out of himself because Rhys was very direct and had good chemistry and guidance. 10:10 talks about SAG awards he feels honored and pumped about them. He says he doesn’t know who to bring with him 12:41 he says that he made a good friendship with Johnatan Banks, he shared with Tony that he felt like shit many times but he never considered acting “work”, it seems like they find it very fulfilling and fun so it doesn’t feel like work.
